Returns
30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What is the bracelet made of?
Polished stainless steel with your choice of 14K white gold or 18K yellow gold finish. Nickel-free and hypoallergenic — safe for everyday wear, including sensitive skin.
Will it fit her wrist?
Yes. The chain is adjustable so it fits most wrist sizes comfortably. If her wrist is unusually small or large, email us before ordering and we'll confirm before it ships.
Is it adjustable, or will it be loose?
Adjustable with a secure lobster clasp. She can set it once and leave it — it won't slide open during the day.
Will it tarnish or turn her skin green?
No. It's waterproof and tarnish-resistant, safe for showers, hand-washing and daily wear.
Can I write my own message?
Yes. The card in the photos is our most-requested version, but we can print your own words — or just add "Love, Dad" or "Love, Mom" at the bottom. Email us before you order; there's no extra charge.
Is this from Dad or from Mom?
Both. The card is deliberately neutral — it says "To My Daughter" and leaves the signature to you. Tell us and we'll print it.
How long does delivery take?
