Engraved pieces are made to order — please allow an extra 3-5 business days for engraving before your order ships.

Everything else in your order ships within 1-2 business days.

We'll email you a preview of the engraving before we cut it. If anything looks wrong, tell us then — after it's engraved, it can't be changed.

Shipping

Free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery after processing: US and Europe 5-8 business days, Canada and Australia 4-7 business days, rest of world 8-12 business days. Business days exclude weekends, public holidays and customs inspection time. Engraved orders add 3-5 business days before dispatch.

Returns

If we got it wrong — the engraving is misspelled by us, the name is incorrect, or the piece arrives damaged — we remake it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.

If the text was entered incorrectly at checkout — tell us within 24 hours and we'll correct it before production. Once a personalized piece is engraved it can't be resold, so it isn't eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Everything non-personalized follows our standard 30-day return policy.

FAQ

Will the rose die?

No. It's a real rose that's been preserved — the sap is replaced so it keeps its colour and shape. Kept out of direct sunlight and away from damp, it will look the same for years.

What is the bear made of?

A rose-petal textured outer with a rigid inner frame, so it holds its shape on a shelf. It isn't a soft plush toy — it's meant to be displayed, not cuddled.

How big is the bear?

25 cm tall. It fits on a shelf, a bedside table or a dresser without dominating the room.

What if I spell the name wrong?

Tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before production. We also email you a preview of the engraving before we cut it — that's your last check. If the mistake is ours, we remake it free.

How many characters fit?

Up to 12 characters per line, two lines maximum per name. Symbols like ♥ and ∞ are fine — just type them in the name field.

Can I engrave a date instead of a name?

Yes. Dates, initials, and short phrases all work. Send us the exact text and we'll confirm it fits before production.

Does the necklace tarnish?

It's tarnish-resistant and fine for everyday wear. Take it off before swimming or showering to keep the finish bright for longer.

How long until it arrives?

Engraving takes 3-5 business days, then delivery is 5-8 business days to the US and Europe, 4-7 to Canada and Australia, and 8-12 to the rest of the world.

Can I return it?

If the engraving or the item is wrong on our side, yes — we remake or refund and cover the shipping. Change-of-mind returns aren't available on personalized pieces, since they can't be resold.
