30-day return policy. If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
FAQ
Will it fit him?
Measure his wrist and match it to the chart above. Youth fits most boys up to about 14; Adult covers most teens and grown men; Max is for larger wrists or a looser fit. If he's between sizes, go up.
Is it real leather?
The band is braided stainless steel woven with a leather-look PU. That's deliberate — PU holds up to sweat, showering and daily wear far better than genuine leather, which cracks and darkens within months.
Can he shower with it on?
Yes. It's water resistant and won't rust or turn his wrist green. Take it off for swimming or long soaks to keep the braid tight.
Will the clasp come undone?
No — it's a stainless closure with a latch. It's designed for people who never take their bracelet off, including teenagers who are hard on everything.
Does it come with a card?
Yes. Every set includes the "Love You Forever" message card. The wooden box option holds both.
Can I write my own message?
Yes — email us before you order and we'll print your own words on the card at no extra cost. Tell us what you want to say and we'll help you get the wording right.
Can I have his name engraved?

What if I order the wrong size?
Contact us within 30 days. If it's unworn and in its original packaging, we'll sort out an exchange — return shipping on non-defective exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
