Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During busy gift seasons such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduation season, Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States: 5-12 business days after processing.

International orders: 7-20 business days after processing, depending on the destination and local customs.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $59.95. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking link first. If there has been no update for several days, contact us and we will help you look into it.
