Does a gold finish mean solid gold?
No. Labels such as 14k White Gold Finish and 18k Yellow Gold Finish describe the finish offered on a design. They do not mean the entire piece is made of solid gold. Base metal, coating thickness and stone composition are separate specifications; confirm them for the product you are considering.
How should I check materials?
Read the product specifications and selected variant together. Some listings specify stainless steel or cubic zirconia, while others do not state the base metal. Do not assume the same construction applies to every necklace or bracelet. If a particular metal or material matters to you, contact us with the product name before ordering.
How can I check the size?
Compare the listed pendant dimensions and chain length with jewelry the recipient already wears. Several heart necklaces list an adjustable 18–22-inch chain, but that range does not apply to every design. An adjustable chain is not a guarantee of fit; bracelets need their own wrist measurements.
Which pieces can be personalized?

Can I customize the message card?
